We pride ourselves on quick response times and exceptional customer service, so when a scale goes down, if for some reason we can't repair it on site we bring it back to our purpose built workshop where we can carry out repairs down to component level. Equipment is then thoroughly tested and weight checked before being returned to the customer.
Our engineers cover Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, and we deal with a large variety of equipment including T-Scale, Excell, Kern, UWE, Sam4s, Mainca, Henkelman, Digi and Jadever. If a repair is not worth doing, we will tell you and show you the replacement options.
Hire & loan
Keep trading while your scale is with us
If equipment goes down that is crucial to the running of your business, then we have a wide range of loan and hire equipment available to make sure there is as little impact your end as possible. This will be swapped back over once your scale has been repaired and returned.
Hire equipment is also great if you have an upcoming stock take. Rather than purchasing multiple counting scales, you can hire a selection for a week or two.
